To promote training programs in various duly constituted law enforecement agencies within our country, giving to the members thereof the benefit our training received at the . THE CORPORATION SHALL PROMOTE WITHIN THE TERRITORY COVERED BY THE CHARTER FROM TIME TO TIME GRANTED TO IT BY THE AMERICA (BSA) AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONGRESSIONAL CHARTER, BY-LAWS, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS THE BSA, THE SCOUTING PROGRAM PROMOTING THE ABILITY BOYS, GIRLS, YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN TO DO THINGS FOR THEMSELVES AND OTHERS, TRAINING THEM IN SCOUTCRAFT AND TEACHING THEM PATRIOTISM, COURAGE, SELF-RELIANCE, AND KINDRED VIRTUES, USING THE METHODS WHICH ARE NOW IN COMMON USE BY THE BSA.

TO PROVIDE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS TO ITS CONSTITUENTS.

TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS BY SEEKING IMPROVED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, TO RENDER MORAL AND MATERIAL AID TO MEMBERS AS NEEDED, TO PROVIDE REPRESENTATION AND/OR COUNSEL IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, AND TO PROMOTE SOCIAL AND FRATERNAL ACTIVITIES.

TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AMONG NEW YORKERS AND SOLUTIONS TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS.

CLUSTER COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSISTS RESIDENTS WESTCHESTER AND ROCKLAND COUNTIES TO BUILD A BETTER FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH SERVICES SUCH AS: MENTAL HEALTH HOUSING, EVICTION AND HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION, MEDIATION, LEMON LAW ARBITRATION, RESTORATIVE JUSTICE AND PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS THAT INCLUDE AFTER-SCHOOL, SUMMER CAMP AND ADOLESCENT LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT.

FINDS, DEVELOPS, AND SUPPORTS A DIVERSE NETWORK OF LEADERS WHO EXPAND OPPORTUNITY CHILDREN FROM CLASSROOMS, SCHOOLS, AND EVERY SECTOR AND FIELD THAT SHAPES THE BROADER SYSTEMS IN WHICH SCHOOLS OPERATE.

PARTNERS WITH NYC PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS TO PREPARE YOUNG ADULTS, AGES 14-24, TO SECURE A SUCCESSFUL FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. THROUGH THIS PARTNERSHIP, OUR STUDENTS DEVELOP THE CAPABILITY TO GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL AND MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ON HIGHER EDUCATION AND CAREERS. FOUNDED IN 1995, CYD ANNUALLY SERVES STUDENTS AND ALUMNI, MOST OF WHOM ARE UNDER-CREDITED FOR THEIR AGE, ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS, AND/OR DEALING WITH SIGNIFICANT SOCIAL ISSUES SUCH AS HOUSING INSTABILITY, PARENTHOOD OR MEDICAL HEALTH ISSUES.

THE MISSION THE (CSS) IS TO IDENTIFY PROBLEMS WHICH CREATE A PERMANENT POVERTY CLASS IN CITY, AND TO ADVOCATE THE SYSTEMIC CHANGES REQUIRED TO ELIMINATE SUCH PROBLEMS.
